note: A patch has been released for EARNIE IQ
v1.16.0.
This resolves an issue with receiving messages from HMRC without
NI Numbers.
The patch for EARNIE Payroll can be downloaded by clicking the
link below:

Choose "save" and save this file to your desktop.
Once complete open the folder and double click the
"Earnie IQ (Client) Patch V1-16-0B.exe" file. Choose the
installation path as the Program Location (which can be found by
clicking Help | About EARNIE) and then click "Update".
Ensure you have EARNIE Payroll closed
before attempting to run the update. It will also need to be on all
workstations.
