In-Year Movements Send screen
The Send screen allows you to submit
In-Year Movements data to HMRC at a time you choose. You can also
use this screen to send a WNU or view a Submission Log.
Any In Year Movements for
the current company that have not been sent to HMRC will be
displayed; these can be P45 Part 1, P45 Part 3 or P46.
To view this screen click File |
Online Services | Send
To send a submission, ensure that
the Send box is ticked. You can tick just one of the items
shown, several items or all of them. You can also include a mixture
of submission types, i.e. you can send P45s and P46s together.
Simply click send and follow the onscreen prompts when you are
ready.
Once the message has been received by
HMRC you will see a message telling you the submission has been
successful.
Once a submission has been sent
successfully it will no longer be visible from the Send
screen.
