EARNIE Summer 2011 release is now available
The Summer release of Earnie
Payroll includes some new features and enhancements,
including:
- Holidays when linking to HR Manager
- Display P45 & P46 Sent Date
- Log report of in-year movements
- Statutory Payments button
- P46 (Expat)
- Absence Diary - Override SSP for non-payment
- Year-end filing warning
- ASPP - part week calculations
- ASPP – withheld due to SSP

'Use Last Year's Company Data' Facility
In April 2009 we introduced a new feature in EARNIE called 'Use
Last Year's Company Data'.
This feature allows you to go back and use the company data from
the 2010/2011 tax year, after you have performed a Year End Restart
and moved into 2011/2012.
We recommend you always follow our Year End Guide and perform
your online submission prior to moving into the new tax year.
Alternatively copy the company prior to the Year End Restart, then
you can move into the new tax year and revert to the copied company
to perform your online filing.
